اتشحت قرية كفر خضر بمركز طنطا بالسواد فى وداع شهيد الواجب الوطنى حيث تقدم اللواء مهندس هشام السعيد محافظ الغربية واللواء طارق حسونة مدير أمن الغربية صلاة الجنازة على جثمان شهيد الوطن مساعد أول شرطه رمضان يوسف عتلم  بمسجد عتلم بقرية كفر خضر مركز طنطا. و قدم المحافظ ومرافقوه واجب العزاء لأسره الشهيد .. وعقب الجنازة أكد محافظ الغربية أن مصر ستظل آمنه ومستقره بفضل تضحيات أبنائها الشرفاء الذين يضحوا بأنفسهم من اجل الدفاع عن الوطن ومصر اكبر من أي معتد بفضل العزيمة القوية والتلاحم الموجود بين شعبها وجيشها وقوات الشرطة تحت قيادة حكيمة تعمل للقضاء على الإرهاب والنهوض بوطننا الغالي .. The Governor and his entourage offered condolences to the families of the martyr. After the funeral, the Governor of Gharbia confirmed that Egypt would remain safe and stable thanks to the sacrifices of its honorable sons who sacrificed for the sake of defending the homeland and Egypt, the greatest of any aggressor due to the strong resolve and cohesion between its people and its army and police forces under wise leadership. كما قرر محافظ الغربية إطلاق إسم الشهيد مساعد أول شرطه رمضان يوسف عتلم على مدرسة كفر خضر الابتدائية الجديدة  تخليدا لذكراه.The governor also decided to launch the name of the martyr first assistant police Ramadan Yusuf Atlem on the new Kafr Khader primary school in memory of his memory.
